Profil Hello Venus



Hello Venus (헬로 비너스) adalah Girlband Korea Selatan yang dibentuk oleh Pledis dan Fantiago  Entertainment pada tahun 2012. Mereka merupakan girlband kedua yang debut di bawah manajemen Pledis Entertainment setelah girlband After School.  Hello Venus terdiri dari enam anggota yaitu Yoo Ara (Leader), Nara, Alice, Lime, Yoonjo, dan Yooyoung.

April 2012 Pledis bekerjasama dengan agensi Fantiago mengumumkan pembentukan debut girlband baru yang sudah mereka persiapkan selama satu setengah tahun. 3 anggota Hello Venus (Alice, Nara dan Yooyoung) berasal Fantiago dan 3 anggota (Yoo Ara, Yoonjo dan Lime) berasal dari Pledis. Fantiago memegang kendali untuk promosi grup sementara Pledis sebagai manajemen utama dari grup.

Yoo Ara, Yoonjo dan Lime semula dipersiapkan untuk group After School. Ketiganya juga sudah menjalani berbagai pelatihan bersama Pledis Entertainment dan pernah ditampilkan dalam album pertama After School berjudul "Virgin"


Pada tanggal 17 April 2012, Hello Venus resmi diumumkan melalui rilis foto teaser anggota, bersama dengan pembukaan Official Website, Facebook, Twitter, Daum Café dan chanel YouTube. Nama group diambil dari karakter masing-masing angota dimana Hello berarti para anggota memiliki gaya yang hidup amah dan bersahabat. Sedangkan Venus berarti melambangkan kecantikan dan cinta kasih dari dewa perempuan bernama Venus. Tanggal 9 Mei 2012 Hello Venus merilis debut mini album pertamanya berjudul "Venus".

Korean Food (Korean-Life)

Rice still remains the staple of most Koreans, but among the younger generations, many prefer Western-style food. Rice has been usually accompanied by various side dishes, mostly seasoned vegetables, soup, pot stew and meat.

A Korean traditional meal is not complete without kimchi, a mixture of various pickled vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, radish, green onion and cucumber. Certain types of kimchi are made spicy with the addition of red chili pepper powder, while others are prepared without red chili peppers or are soaked in a tasty liquid. However, garlic is always used in kimchi to add to its flavor.

In late November or early December, Korean families used to prepare enough kimchi to last the long winter. The kimchi was stored in large clay jars partially buried to maintain temperature and retain flavor. In modern Korea, housewives often don't have time to make kimchi or the outdoor space needed to store large amounts. But kimchi is still a vital part of the Korean lifestyle: companies making the fermented dish and others selling special kimchi refrigerators enjoy brisk sales.

In addition to kimchi, doenjang (soybean paste), with its anti-cancer attributes, has attracted the attention of modern-day nutritionists. Koreans used to make doenjang at home by boiling yellow beans, drying them in the shade, soaking them in salty water, and fermenting them in sunlight. However, only a few families go through this process anymore; the majority buys factory-made doenjang.

Among meat dishes, seasoned bulgogi (usually beef) and galbi (beef or pork ribs) are the most favored by both Koreans and foreigners.

White rice is the most typically consumed rice among Koreans. Freshly cooked white rice tastes great alone, but when served with side dishes it accentuates the tastes and flavors of the side dishes.
Porridge (Juk)
Juk is Korea's oldest food. Grain is boiled in water for a long time. There are various kinds of porridge depending on the ingredients. Porridge is smooth and gentle to the stomach, and highly nutritious, therefore ideal for patients. For the busy people of today, juk serves as great breakfast substitute.
Noodles
Italian spaghetti, Japanese soba, and Vietnamese rice noodles: countries throughout the world have their signature noodle dishes. Korea also has a great variety of noodle dishes, notably kalguksu and naengmyeon.
Soup, Stew and Casserole
Korean soups, also called tang, are made by cooking various ingredients in a pot. Jjigae and jeongol are similar to soup but jjigae is slightly less watery, and jeongol is a meat and vegetable casserole cooked on the table.
Side Dishes (Banchan)
A great variety of side dishes are served during Korean meals. Rice and soup are served on individual bowls, but side dishes are served in small dishes at the center of the table to be shared. Because each region of Korea produces different wild vegetables and ingredients, there are hundreds of different side dishes.

Traditional Liquor
Korean traditional liquor is made by fermenting various grains. The fermentation process is a crucial part of the entire liquor making process for it decides the scent and taste of the final product. Depending on the weather and region it is produced, traditional liquors vary greatly. Fruits and herbs can also be added in order to enhance taste. There are Makgeolli (Traditional Rice Wine), Soju (Korea's most well-known distilled liquor), and Gwasilju (Fruit Wine).
Regional Foods
Korea is surrounded on three sides by the sea and 70% of the land is mountainous. Regions within Korea are bounded by steep mountain ranges and rivers. Climate conditions vary within these regions and there is a great variety of natural produce as well. The physical and climatic variations among Korea's regions account for the flowering of Korea's region-specific food culture.
Rice Cakes (Tteok)
In general, rice is consumed as a main dish, but on occasion, rice is also made into rice cakes. On ceremonial occasions, national holidays, and birthdays, rice cakes are invariably present on the festive table. Made primarily from white rice flour, ingredients such as mugwort, red beans, jujubes, beans and chestnuts are added to provide distinctive flavors.

Desserts

A tray of tea and cookies or Hangwa is called dagwasang, and it is normally presented at the end of a meal. It can also be served as a treat for guests or as a snack. The teas and cookies vary by season. In autumn, winter, and spring, hot tea is served with various cookies or biscuits made from seasonal fruits. In summer, the cookies and biscuits are accompanied by chilled fruit juices and fresh fruits.

Foto Victoria f(x) Sebelum Debut Terungkap!

Pada tanggal 29 November, beberapa foto telah diunggah pada papan komunitas online Cina yang berjudul, “foto leader f(x) Victoria sebelum debutnya”.
Foto-foto itu adalah cuplikan dari CF yang dia mainkan bersama Lee Jun Ki dan Rain, serta cuplikan dari video musik dari idola satu labelnya Kangta, SHINee dan Super Junior. Bahkan sebelum debutnya, Victoria senantiasa menampilkan kecantikannya yang alami dan menyegarkan.

Siwon Super Junior Tetap Profesional Ketika Harus Syuting di Lautan Dingin



Siwon Super Junior dengan berani loncat ke dalam lautan untuk syuting.
Untuk drama SBS ”The King of Dramas” yang akan tayang pada tanggal 3 Desember, Siwon lompat ke lautan yang sedingin es.
Syuting, yang berlangsung di Kwangwon, adalah adegan karakter utama Kang Hyun Min yang sampai ke pantai melalui lautan.
Di hari itu, suhu lingkungan normal namun karena dinginnya angin yang menerpa air laut, suhu air menjadi sangat rendah. Tepat sebelum nyebur, Siwon mengatakan, “Mengapa aku tiba-tiba merindukan ibuku? Bukankah cuacanya baik hari ini? Ku pikir itu benar-benar hangat!“ bercanda untuk memberi tahu staf bahwa ia baik-baik saja.

Lee Min Ho: Penghasilanku Dikelola Orangtua



Lee Min Ho telah membintangi banyak serial papan atas dan berbagai iklan yang memberinya pemasukan berlimpah. Namun ia mengaku tidak mengelola sendiri seluruh pendapatannya sebagai selebriti itu. Bintang serial "Faith" ini menyerahkan seluruh pengelolaan uangnya kepada kedua orangtua. 

"Kedua orangtuaku yang mengatur keuangan jadi aku tidak tahu sama sekali," ucap Min Ho dalam wawancaranya dengan majalah @Star1. Aktor yang populer berkat "Boys Before Flower" ini memilih cuek dengan jumlah kekayaan yang ia kumpulkan. Ia mengaku lebih ingin bersenang-senang menikmati hidup bebas. 

"Aku ingin backpacker keliling dunia," ungkap lawan main Son Ye Jin di "Personal Taste" ini. "Aku ingin merencanakan perjalanan seorang diri." 

Jiwa mudanya yang menginginkan kebebasan itu juga tampaknya mempengaruhi Min Ho dalam berakting. Ia mengaku saat ini ingin mendapat peran yang sesuai dengan usianya. "Aku ingin memerankan karakter pemberontak dan berbagai macam peran berbeda yang bisa kutampilkan di usiaku ini," imbuh Min Ho.

Min Ho baru tahu nama Chemi-Shin diberikan fans karena mengagumi aktingnya dalam membangun chemistry kuat dengan lawan main lebih tua.


Lee Min Ho mengungkapkan beberapa sisi lain dirinya saat diwawancara majalah Star1. Ia mengungkapkan memiliki sebuah nama julukan yang unik yaitu Chemi-Shin. Min Ho mengaku semula tidak tahu arti nama pemberian fans tersebut yang ternyata disebabkan oleh aktingnya. 

Min Ho mengatakan perasaannya yang tetap nyaman adu akting dengan aktris dengan usia jauh lebih tua. Rupanya gara-gara itulah fans menjulukinya dengan nama "Chemi-Shin" alias "Chemistry God". Nama itu lahir dari kepiawaian Min Ho menampilkan chemistry yang kuat tanpa terlihat canggung saat tampil dengan aktris senior sepertiKim Hee Sun dan Son Ye Jin. 

"Awalnya aku tidak tahu apa arti Chemi-Shin," ungkap Min Ho. "Aku melakukan yang terbaik untuk merasa nyaman dengan lawan main sehingga tidak terlihat canggung. Meskipun mereka lebih tua dariku, kadang-kadang aku memanggil mereka hanya dengan nama karakter mereka di dalam drama sebagai lelucon." 

Para netizen ikut tertarik dengan nama unik yang dimiliki bintang serial "Faith" itu. "Nama yang unik, bahkan aku tidak kepikiran artinya," tulis seorang netter. "Dia memang pantas menyandang nama itu, chemistry-nya benar-benar bagus," imbuh lainnya.
